Scholarship Program
At Al Barr NGO, we are committed to empowering meritorious students by providing scholarship aid based on academic excellence and exceptional talent. Our scholarships aim to support bright minds in pursuing higher education, alleviating financial barriers and enabling them to realize their full potential. The scholarship program has been running for over three years, consistently expanding in reach and impact. During this time, there has been a significant increase in the number of students benefiting from the program, demonstrating its growing success and importance.

Weekly Classes
At Al Barr NGO, we offer live classes to students who are unable to afford quality education, providing them with access to comprehensive lessons on a weekly basis. These classes cover a wide range of subjects, ensuring that students receive in-depth knowledge and skills to excel academically. Community Outreach Program
Al Barr organized a community outreach program at Badshah Khan Boys' School to inspire students to pursue further studies and strengthen their foundational skills in English and Mathematics. The initiative was designed to identify areas where students may need additional support and provide personalized guidance to help them improve.
By fostering a positive learning environment, the program aimed to encourage students to recognize the value of education and empower them to achieve academic success. This outreach reflects our commitment to supporting local communities and ensuring students have the tools they need for a brighter future.

Medical Campaign
Al Barr co-ordinated with Parash Pathar NGO to conduct a comprehensive medical campaign in association with Narayan Memorial Hospital, Behala, offering free health check-ups and medical counseling to the local community. The campaign included general screenings, glucose level tests, blood pressure monitoring, ECGs, and more. Volunteers ensured the highest standards of care during the setup and the check-ups, providing a safe and supportive environment for all participants. This initiative aimed to promote health awareness and offer accessible healthcare services to those in need.

Independence Day Program
Al Barr Welfare Foundation organized an Independence Day celebration at one of its centres with the aim of fostering awareness, patriotism, and cultural appreciation among students. The event was designed to help young learners understand the significance of India’s freedom movement and encourage them to take pride in the nation’s history and values.
By blending creativity with education, the program enabled students to explore the importance of unity, responsibility, and national identity in a joyful and memorable way. This initiative reflects our commitment to nurturing informed and confident individuals who appreciate their heritage and contribute positively to their communities.

Al Barr Welfare Foundation organized a Children’s Day celebration at one of its centres to honour the spirit, creativity, and potential of every child.
